48 members of Westmount High School Wind and Jazz Ensemble from Ontario, Canada join the Wind Symphony for a reading session. The high school group stopped at Cornell for an ensemble workshop and master class with Professors Johnston Turner and Merrill while on a week-long tour. Fun!
The CU Wind Symphony and associated student organization CU Winds unite student musicians dedicated to the study and performance of emerging and traditional wind repertoire. We explore music making as a vehicle for cross-cultural exchange and collaboration, and in doing so support Cornell's core values of public engagement and global awareness.
